Our cuisine is called “Atlantic Rim”. The technique, spices, and side dishes are inspired by several regions throughout the Atlantic, such as South America, the Caribbean, Eastern America, and a hint of Spain. The menu is an eclectic blend of fresh seafood and prime beef with distinctive flavors and spices that appeal to a discriminating palate.
